e-Procurement Guidelines
To participate in any BSRDC e-tender:
- Register on Bihar e-Procurement Portal 2.0 (https://eproc2.bihar.gov.in).
- Enroll a valid Class-III Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) issued by a licensed CCA authority.
- Download tender documents and submit technical and financial bids online prior to the specified cut-off time.
- Tender fee and EMD must be submitted through online payment gateway (RTGS/NEFT/Net Banking) as per NIT clauses.
