Application Procedure & Fee
An application for seeking information under Section 6(1) of the RTI Act can be made in writing in English or Hindi accompanied by an application fee of ₹10/- (Rupees Ten only):
- Modes of Payment: Demand Draft / Indian Postal Order (IPO) drawn in favour of "Bihar State Road Development Corporation Limited" payable at Patna.
- Online Filing: Applications can also be submitted through the Bihar Government Online RTI Portal.
- BPL Applicants: No application fee is payable by applicants falling Below Poverty Line (BPL) on submission of proof.
