Bihar State Road Development Corporation Ltd. (BSRDC) is a premier Public Sector Undertaking under the Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar. Incorporated on 20th April, 2009 under the Companies Act, 1956, the Corporation functions as the nodal infrastructure execution agency responsible for planning, financing, developing, and maintaining high-density State Highway corridors, signature bridges, flyovers, and elevated expressways across Bihar.

BSRDC serves as the executive vehicle for transforming Bihar's state road network into modern, all-weather 2-lane with paved shoulder and multi-lane express corridors. The Corporation partners extensively with multilateral funding agencies, notably the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), to deliver world-class infrastructure within committed timelines.
